Opening Bank Account
After choosing your new property in Turkey, you will need to follow several steps to complete the purchase procedures legally and reliably. One of them is opening a bank account with a Turkish bank, with the aim of completing accurate and documented financial transactions in Turkey. Transfer the purchase amount from your country to Turkey, by bank transfer to your bank account in Turkey, then to the seller’s account when the ownership is transferred.
Translation & Notary
Providing an accompanying translator who speaks your language and accompanies you in all your transfers and transactions at the Tapu (Title Deed) Registry Directorate. Before paying and transferring ownership, the certified translator will read and explain the terms of the purchase contract to you in a language you know in the presence of a responsible government officer.
